Psalm 46:8-11

The Psalmist reveals God to us in several ways throughout Psalm 46.

• In power and authority (Psalm 46:8-9)
  • In destruction
  • In controlling the events of nations
• In personal awareness (Psalm 46:10)
  • Relax and see God
  • Exalt Him!
• In perpetual defense (Psalm 46:11)
  • He is with us
    • An ever-present help
  • He is a stronghold

Because God is revealed to us, we need not fret.

God is our refuge; we do not need to fear.

God is our river; we do not need to faint.

God is revealed; we do not need to fret.
