1. Christ died for our sins.
   • The fact
     • No question of Jesus’ death. It is a historical fact.
   • The qualification = for our sins
     • Isaiah 53:4-6
     • Hebrews 9:24-28
2. Christ was buried.
   • The tomb
     • Certificate of death
     • The blow from the spear
     • Roman seal
   • The meaning
     • The demands of God were met
     • Jesus has tasted every experience we have
     • No swoon theory
     • Jesus went to Hell
3. Christ arose on the third day.
   • If Christ were left in a tomb, all would be darkness and despair  
     • Evidence of Resurrection – 5 appearances
     • Proof plenty
