I Kings 3:1-15

1. He recognized his limitations.
   • I am but a little child. Verse 7
   • The first step to greatness is to recognize one’s limitations.
2. He recognized his responsibility. Verse 8
   • He was to be a leader of a people who were so numerous, they could not be numbered.
3. He recognized that which he needed to be a good leader. Verse 9
   • When he asked first for that which was most important, God gave to him other assets.
