2 Kings 19:10-19

The northern kingdom of Israel had been carried into captivity and the Assyrians are now camped outside of Jerusalem.

Sennacherib sends a letter to King Hezekiah.

Hezekiah’s experience helps us see an important principle of Christian living. When faced with a crisis, we must go to God at once and trust Him for the outcome.

  • There will be attacks (verses 10-12)
  • There is a refuge (verse 14)
  • There is an answer (verse 32)

The victory came because of trust in the Lord
