        • Glory to our inheritance
        • God’s power in us
          • The same power that raised Jesus from the dead
• We are reminded (Chapter 2:1-10)
  • What we were
    • Dead in trespasses
      • Deliberate acts against God’s law
    • Dead in sins
    • Whether trespasses or sins, the result is the same, we stand guilty before God
  • What we are through Christ
    • We are alive
    • We are raised up
    • Seated with Christ
    • This is not be our own merit, but by His mercy (giving less than we deserved) and His grace (giving us what we didn’t deserve at all)
  • What we shall have
    • For all the ages to come, we shall have the riches of His grace
      • Eternal life
      • Eternal home
      • Eternal joy
