What We Should Know About God
To show through this Scripture the wonderful provision God has for us for eternity.
In Jesus’ great address to His disciples in which he announced His upcoming departure from Earth, He said in John 14:2, “I go to prepare a place for you.” John who recorded these words, also wrote our Scripture portion describing that place. This place the Lord is making ready is known as the Eternal Kingdom. It is the place God has provided as the eternal dwelling place of His people after the earth as we know it is destroyed.
