  • False prophets (Matthew 7:15-20)

      • A forthteller by way of teaching God’s message

      • Do not follow them the false prophets/teachers

      • Identify the fruit
        • The fruit refers not only to deeds, but also teachings

    • The deciding factor (Matthew 7:20)
      • By their fruits you will know them
  • False professions (Matthew 7:21-22)
    • The claim (Matthew 7:22)
      • See all I have done in Your name
    • The criteria (Matthew 7:21)
      • He who does the will of My Father
  • Foundations (Matthew 7:24-27)
    • The false foundation (Matthew 7:26-27)
    • The true foundation (Matthew 7:24-25)
  • The end result (Matthew 7:28-29)
    • The people were amazed at Jesus’ teaching because He taught with authority and not as their teachers of the law.
