We are following Paul after his arrest in Jerusalem as he is brought before several authorities where he is to give an account for his actions and beliefs. Each time he can share his testimony as he was promised by the Lord that he would do. In this, we see once again the wonderful work of the Holy Spirit guiding these affairs.

            • In the case of an appeal, there were required documents that set details of the case. Festus could not understand the charges that were being made since they were determined not to be worthy of death which the Jews were seeking
